WARMTH

I try my best to dress nicely, which personally is kind of hard because I really don't have a lot of clothes, to give you some perspective I HAVE TO do laundry at least once every about a week and a half, or else I gotta come to school naked. This is mostly due to my growing out of a lot of stuff pretty constantly, and not having really any money to go out but new clothes constantly like I would very much like to. But every once in awhile I treat myself and get me something nice to add to my wardrobe. As many of you might know the newest member of the power ranger drip force is my Rip n Dip Thermal Pattern Winter Coat. This was a very thought out and technical purchase so let me give you some background knowledge. My mom had been telling me since early October that I need a coat, because for as long as since 6th grade I've just been wear hoodies and sweatshirts in the winter without a coat. And thanks to global warming and climate change each year winter has gotten colder and I slowly began to rethink my life choices. It got to the point where I thought I really needed a coat and I was getting cold too often, but I was still stuck with a great dilemma, there just no in budget affordable coats that I wanted to be seen wearing. I looked everywhere from Burlington to Burberry, but I couldn't find anything. That was until the faithful day Rip N Dip announced there release of there 2019 winter line of clothing, and that's when I saw it. I knew that I had to have I pulled it up on my phone then ran over to show it to my mom, she saw it and was just as excited as I was, then she asked me what the price was, and my heart broke as I saw it said $160 USD. I almost didn't tell my mom what the price was because saying it out loud would have been too much for me to take knowing that my one true coat, the only one that I felt was made for me. I gathered the strength and I told her the price, she then looked up at me and told me to get it. I was so shocked I even asked her are you sure, she told me yes and that I should have the one that I want the most regardless of price, and it was the happiest I'd been in the longest time. I ordered it right then and waited constantly for a week until it arrived at our PO box.

I opened my small mailbox to find an orange key with a number that matched a much bigger mailbox. With the full force of my excitement, I opened the big mailbox and there it was a box. But it wasn't just some box it was a big box that literally had my name on it. I pulled out and ran to the parking lot into the car where my mom was waiting for me. I used the key for our mailbox to cut the tape seals to open the box. Then finally there it was sealed in clear plastic wrapping that I tore to shreds. The car ride home I held on to it like was I five again holding on to my teddy bear. Once we arrived home I did it I put it on, and I was finally able to feel the comfort and warmth of a coat of my own, and not just any coat one that I wanted.
